Adam Skilton, 42, of Bexhill, is charged with the murder of Jacob Woudstra outside a pub in Hastings
A 42-year-old man will appear in court charged with the murder of a 17-year-old teenager.
Adam Skilton of Wilton Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, is accused of killing student Jacob Woudstra outside the Shah pub in Hastings on April 5.
He has also been charged with perverting the course of justice and will appear before Hastings Magistrates' Court.
Also appearing will be Wesley Long, 34, of High Street, Hastings, who has been charged with perverting the course of justice.
A 31-year-old man from Rye, arrested on suspicion of the murder of Jacob, and a 19-year-old man from Hastings, arrested on suspicion of violent disorder, have been released on bail pending further inquiries.
A post-mortem examination found Jacob died from a single stab wound to the chest.
