THE family of father-of-three Stephen James paid tribute to him last night following his death in a car crash near Witney.
Mr James, 47, from Brize Norton, died after his Vauxhall Vectra was in a collision with a Skoda Octavia on the A40 at Barnard Gate, on Sunday evening.
A statement issued by Thames Valley Police on behalf of Mr James’ family said: “As a family we are devastated by his tragic death.
“Anyone who may have witnessed the collision please contact the police and give them any information you can, in order to help us understand what happened, no matter how insignificant you think this information may be.”
Mr James leaves behind sisters Sheila and Christine and brother John.
