Because of people like her, other women, that have actually been raped, don't report it.....which is so wrong.
I hope he gets severely punished for what he did to her, but I think she should be charged for falsely claiming she was raped.
So she has consensual sex with him after he beat and tasered her??????????

Bit of S&M that she regretted afterwards."

Taser man is cleared of rape attack

A MAN who tasered and repeatedly beat up a teenage girl has been cleared of raping and imprisoning her.

Jay Dyce was unanimously acquitted of one charge of rape and another of false imprisonment at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.

But the 21-year-old is still likely to be jailed after earlier admitting beating her and using a stungun on her.

He pleaded guilty to three counts of causing actual bodily harm and to possessing an offensive weapon.

Jurors in the three-day trial were shown clips Dyce had filmed on his mobile phone of the girl performing a sex act on him.

She admitted one of the three clips was consensual but said the other two depicted a forced act.

Under cross examination she also admitted having full consensual sex with Dyce, of Gaisford Road, Cowley, later that same evening.

Detailing the physical violence she suffered, the girl, who cannot be identified, said she was punched, kicked and whipped with a belt by Dyce. She said he also made her cut herself with a razor and threatened to throw boiling water over her. Judge Anthony King remanded Dyce in custody to be sentenced next month.
