SCALES OF JUSTICE: Some of the recent offences at Banbury magistrates' courts

Danny Rayson, 21, of Skimmingdish Lane, Bicester, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a fear of violence in Bicester on October 20. Given a 12-week curfew and told to pay £85 costs.

Anne-marie Williams, 24, of Withycombe Drive, Banbury, admitted assault by beating in Banbury on July 9. Told to attend the Thinking Ahead for Women course for 84 days while under 12 months’ supervision. Also told to pay £40 costs.
