The scales of justice

Tracy Hickman, 45, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted outraging public decency by having sexual intercourse in public on April 14 in Oxford. Fined £85 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Deemed paid by detention in the court until the end of the day.

Amy Paintin, 32, of Craufurd Road, Oxford, admitted criminal damage of £65 to the interior of a Vauxhall Corsa belonging to Thames Valley Police and assaulting Pc Clark in Witney on August 22, 2010. Jailed for two weeks “because of long record of previous convictions”.

Daniel Durham, 24, of Windmill Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on March 25. Told to attend five Back on Track sessions.

Kyran Edmead-Green, 19, of Fairlie Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to follow instructions by using a mobile telephone while on an unpaid-work site. Given an extra hour’s unpaid work.

Dale Manuell, 21, of Birch Road, Garsington, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend outside the Bullnose Morris, Watlington Road, Oxford, on March 28. Given an extra 10 hours’ unpaid work.

Kimberley Petrie, 26, of East Avenue, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend the Get Involved group on March 22. Drug-rehabilitation requirement extended by a month.

Dean Gardner, 48, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Little Clarendon Street, Oxford, on April 15. Given a six-month conditional discharge with £85 costs.

Stephen Gillespie, 47, of Clark’s Row, Oxford, admitted stealing £364 from Oxford Bus Company on April 26. Jailed for two months “because offence committed after release from prison and offence was committed while on licence”.

Matthew Hogg, 25, of Crowell Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on January 16. Given an eight-week curfew and told to pay £150 compensation and £85 costs.

Daniel Long, 46, of Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Old Road, Headington, on April 16. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.

Jackie Phillips, 45, of Verbena Way, Oxford, admitted two counts of persistently making use of a public communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another between April 1 and April 19. Jailed for four months due to “serious nature of threat and previous character”.

Cheryl Bunyan, 31, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting Pc Fiona Heaver in Oxford on April 16. Given a six-month exclusion order from the Victoria Arms pub in Jericho and told to pay £150 compensation and £85 costs.

Liam Ceesay, 31, of Bracegirdle Road, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in Newman Road, Oxford, on August 29, 2009. Also admitted failing to surrender to court bail on September 9, 2009. Jailed for two months and Banned from driving for a year.

Jason Hardy, 40, of Herschel Crescent, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance in Oxford Road, Littlemore, on March 13. Fined £165, with a £15 victims’ surcharge, £35 costs and six penalty points.

David Ness, 43, of Gloucester Road, Feltham, Middlesex, admitted drink driving on the M40 near Thame on April 20. Had 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £100 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for 18 months.

David Osei, 36, of Fettiplace Road, Oxford, admitted driving without due care and attention in Wharton Road, Oxford, on January 13. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs. Given three penalty points.

Alright, I'm not a biologist, but I do know that it takes two to 'tango'! What happened to the lucky feller that Tracy Hickman had sexual intercourse with? Was he sentenced as well?

she was having intercourse with a horse so he wasn't liable for prosecution.
He did however get a severe telling of when he got back to his stable for dropping his standards so low. He blamed it on an over dose of imported sugar lumps

They must mean Marston, there isn't a Victoria Arms on Walton St (Jericho).

Exactly Chicken, The Victoria, NOT The Victoria Arms. It is bad enough all these plebs invading our area without trying to change the name as well. P.S. It is not a pub, it was a pub years ago, but it is now a head up your ?? non local. Shame really in the 60s and 70s it was a real PUB. P.S. Didn't check out my locale before posting did you.

Who did he still it from Oxford Bus company or a driver, if it was a driver thats a lot of money to come out of his wages - two months jail -what crap

Well if they have banned her from The Victoria Arms, then she can still go into The Victoria, as usual it is another f up by our courts. People have got off with murder for lesser mistakes.
