THE trial of a man accused of harming his baby daughter was yesterday halted at Oxford Crown Court.

Charlie Henderson, 25, of Trent Road, Didcot, denies three counts of grievous bodily harm with intent, and three counts of inflicting grievous bodily harm.

His trial started on Monday but the jury has now been discharged.

A new trial will begin on Monday, December 6.
