The Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Headington, Oxford, has scooped a national award for its teamwork.

The Human Resources Team from the hospital in Headington scooped the ‘HR Team of the Year’ award at a ceremony in London.

The award was handed out by the Healthcare People Management Association for the hospital’s ‘outstanding work’.

The team was also commended on its work to improve processes, listen to staff and provide strong leadership in good people- management practice.
