Glory days as Berinsfield Primary School footie team takes cup
IT WAS all smiles at Berinsfield Primary School in 1979 – and for good reason.
The boys’ football team had just won the South Oxfordshire six-a-side competition.
The squad was, back row, left to right, Richard Keys, Paul Axtell, Kevin Booth, Paul Fenn, and front, Bernard Lee, Ian Breakspear, Paul Taylor and skipper Andrew Wilson with the trophy.
