Pupils dressed in Victorian costumes to mark their school’s 100th anniversary.
Celebrations at the school at Ambrosden in 1976 included sketches illustrating its history, and country dances and school songs from the past. The school bell, first rung a century earlier, was tolled and the ringers included former pupils William Newell, 92, of Arncott, and Fred Gaskins, 89, of Ambrosden.
