My attention has been drawn to Hackettes kept village informed, your article about budding journalists who produced Wittenham Ways, a quarterly journal for villagers in Long and Little Wittenham (Memory Lane, February 16).
I was Mary (not May) Greenough and the team also included Ann Winter, Brenda Kasten, Nicola Woodage, Janice Parkes and Cheryl Carter.
I cannot remember the other surnames, although I know the girl named as Jane was in fact Janet.
