BMC were beaten by Big Ron's team in final
I enclose a picture of the BMC Service Casuals’ football team in the 1960s.
We started in the 1950s playing friendly matches, but eventually joined the Sunday League and enjoyed considerable success.
On this occasion, however, we had lost 2-1 to Blackfriars, run by former Oxford United captain Ron Atkinson, in the Sunday League Cup final.
