Before the Oxford and District Darts League match against Phoenix in 1962, the two teams were level at the top of their section.
But afterwards, Lord Napier, in Observatory Street, Oxford, drew ahead with an emphatic 6-2 victory. Captain Ron Vincent is pictured, right, taking aim.
