THE unnamed man in the picture alongside your feature on footballer Clive Taylor (Memory Lane, February 3) was the well-known footballer and cricketer Jimmy Smith.
He played football for Headington United and cricket for Headington and Oxfordshire. He was also manager at Witney Town FC for two years.
