Jewellery lost in five burglaries

Five burglaries on Monday are being linked by police.
Between 8.45am and 4.10pm, two homes in Coxwell Road, Faringdon, were broken into.
Items taken included a clam-shell pocket watch engraved “Peter Chick”; two St Christopher’s, one engraved with “Ricordi Del Cresima”, 18ct gold clover leaf earrings and a gold metal costume necklace set with blue glass stones.
Between 8.50am and 4.10pm, two properties in Cow Lane, Longworth, were broken into and set of World War medals stolen.
Between 11.15am and 1.50pm, a platinum band with aquamarine and diamond setting; earrings and a gold chain with a diamond and white cross were taken from a house in Buckland Road, Buckland.
