AN Oxford school’s Christmas preparations are already well under way.
The Dragon School’s choir is taking part in the Spirit of Christmas concert at Christ Church Cathedral on December 5, in aid of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.
Peter Allwood, director of music at The Dragon School, said: “Everyone is very excited about the Spirit of Christmas. It is a real honour to have the opportunity to sing in Christ Church Cathedral – a historic building in which the choral tradition has flourished for nearly 500 years.
“For the soloists particularly, I am sure it will be an unforgettable experience.”
