Hospital services debated

THE management of hospital services will be debated by councillors tomorrow.

Oxfordshire County Council’s cabinet will discuss the plan to turn Oxford University Hospitals Trust into a foundation trust.

The meeting, at County Hall, in New Road, Oxford, starts at 2pm.

The reporter on the previous report has not allowed commenting - why not or is he worried that comments may not be to his liking?

Somewhat inflammortory words used by Mr Winter, a previous teacher, co-producer, clergy, whatever - what did he do about people abuse in the church circles?

Moreover, can we have more balanced reports about this person from people who were more closely with him.

So far we have only allegations, and I wonder if the reporting would be somewhat tamer if he was alive. Most descriptions I have read when he was alive and just after he died simply described him as odd, and I believe that was by people who did not really know him or were his friends.
