GREEN-thinking people in West Oxford were giving away items they no longer needed.
A Bring and Take event took place at West Oxford Community Centre on Saturday, run by Low Carbon West Oxford.
People were invited to bring reuseable items such as bric-a-brac, clothes, toys, CDs, books, kitchenware, pictures, small furniture and small electrical items for others who needed them to take away for free.
Nine-year-old Adam Gee said: “I came home with a couple of crazy, funky, neck ties – one was bright purple and the other had blue and green stripes.”
