People convicted of offences at Magistrates' Courts around the county recently
BANBURY
Shannon Price, 23, of Beckdale Close, Bicester, admitted shoplifting a £75 DVD box set from HMV in Castle Quay, Banbury, on August 1. Also admitted stealing two packs of steak worth £16 from Marks & Spencer in Bicester on July 25. Pleaded guilty to shoplifting goods worth £106.19 from the Wilkinson store in Bicester on July 17 and £22 of goods from the same shop on August 18. Community order made. Ordered to pay £219.19 compensation and £85 costs.
Darren Wyatt, 23, of Lord Fielding Close, Banbury, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm in Banbury on July 8. Given a three month prison sentence suspended for 12 months. £250 compensation and £85 costs.
Rose Prentice, 21, of Market Square, Witney, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Market Square, Witney, on August 26. Fined £60, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
