Ex-councillor dies aged 76

Former Cherwell District Liberal Democrat councillor Dick Makepeace has died.
Mr Makepeace, 76, was a councillor in The Astons and Heyfords ward for nine years.
Mr Makepeace died earlier this month. A service of thanksgiving is due to take place at St Mary’s Church, Lower Heyford, on Thursday, October 4.
