Uni open day expected to attract 14,000

Up to 14,000 prospective students are expected to descend on the city today to find out more about studying at Oxford University .
Visitors are being asked to use park and rides rather than driving into the city but heavy traffic , delays and crowds in the city centre are likely. Oxford Bus Company has altered the bus timetable, while Oxford University staff will be at all the sites to direct visitors.
About 30 of the different colleges will be organising events.
