CHRISTMAS has come early for a Bicester charity shop as they have a bumper crop of cards to sell.
Adderbury-based Katharine House Hospice usually sells special cards with an image Banbury on the front, but this year Bicester, Brackley, Chipping Norton, and Shipston-On-Stour all have their own cards.
The cards are now on sale at the Katharine House Hospice Shop in Market Square, Bicester.
Store manager Jo Spinks said: “It will be nice for the people of Bicester to be able to send Christmas cards with their own town looking festive on the front.
“And it is nice for local people to support a local charity.”
She said Christmas cards sales were an important income for the charity and urged people to buy their cards at the shop.
The 50p cards feature the computer generated painting ‘Bicester Market Place’ by artist Sharon Kusela. They come in a pack of 10 for £5.
