University fifth best in world

OXFORD University has been ranked fifth in the world in a new league table.

The annual QS World University Rankings place the institution behind the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, Harvard, and University College London.

Oxford was also judged fifth last year. The league table rates the world’s top 400 universities based on research, teaching, employability of graduates and international outlook.

That is surely a mistake, how can The World Class Ctiy of Oxford be lagging behind, a second rate London College, a backwater town in America, and a place 80 miles East of here that does not even have a Football League Team. (we can let Harvard go) But there must be an appeal waiting to be lodged. Who want's to pay £9k to go to an inferior University.
