A MAN injured in a crash on the A40 near Witney last week has died in hospital.
The accident, which took place at 3pm on Wednesday on the eastbound carriageway past the junction with the A415 at Ducklington, involved a silver Land Rover, a black Land Rover and a red tractor towing a trailer.
Police confirmed a 29-year-old man who was a passenger in a silver Land Rover was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford for treatment, where he died on Thursday.
Details were only released today.
