Lulian Cornea, 24, of Powell Street, Wolverhampton, admitted stealing a BlackBerry mobile phone and an iPhone, and handling a stolen mobile phone, at the Purple Turtle in Oxford on May 19. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.

Rachel Hart, 33, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting Elizabeth Arden fragrance valued at £25 from Boots in Oxford on March 31. Two other offences taken into consideration. Fined £70, a £15 victims’ surcharge, £15 costs.

Tyrone Holmes-Smith, 25, of Blackburn Walk, Bicester, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on March 31. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.

Martin McDonagh, 37, of Priory Road, Oxford, admitted handling stolen goods, namely lead worth £4,400 belonging to SS Mary and John Church, Oxford, on September 15. Jailed for 17 weeks.

James Marmon, 19, of Thames View, Abingdon, admitted shoplifting a bottle of squash valued at £1.39 from Budgens in Abingdon on April 2. Fined £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Joshua Bedford, 23, of Milton Road, Sutton Courtenay, admitted failing to comply with a community order by breaching a curfew. Original offence of criminal damage resentenced. Fined £350, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs.

Timothy Joyce, 24, of Red Bridge Hollow, Oxford, admitted driving while using a handheld mobile telephone. Fined £40, a £15 victims’ surcharge and given three penalty points.

Kevin Hitchcock, 49, of Main Road, Long Hanborough, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on March 15. Fined £50, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs.

Jamie Pagett, 28, of Lyford Close, Drayton, admitted criminally damaging an internal door valued at £341.95 in Drayton on May 10. Fined £75, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Also told to pay £314 compensation.

Delroy Thomas, 32, of Balfour Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order on January 27 in Oxford. Given a nine-month conditional discharge and told to pay £250 costs.

David Pearcey, 37, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted criminally damaging a perspex cage belonging to Thames Valley Police and using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on March 17. Given a six-month conditional discharge and fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Ricky Venn, 24, of Flatford Place, Kidlington, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on February 19. Given 19 months’ supervision, told to pay £200 compensation and £120 costs.

Ryan Twardun, 19, of Shakeford, Market Drayton, Shropshire, convicted of driving while disqualified and without insurance in John Garne Way, Oxford, on November 19. Given a 12-week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with a year’s supervision and a 10-week curfew. Told to pay £750 costs.

Harriett Beaumont, 50, of Fyfield, Gloucestershire, convicted of driving without insurance on the A40 at Witney on December 1. Fined £110, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £55 costs. Banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Adam Bint, 22, of Weavers Close, Witney, convicted of assault by beating in Witney on May 30, 2011. Fined £350, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £500 costs.

Christopher Hunt, 20, of Brighthampton, Witney, admitted drink driving in Standlake Road, Ducklington, on February 12. Had 148 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80. Fined £180, £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

David Iglus, 27, of Warden Close, Bicester, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in Bicester on February 9. Fined £115, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Jake Preedy, 20, of Mascord Road, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) in Banbury on February 20 and a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence. Jailed for four weeks.

Travis Stone, 27, of Mallards Way, Bicester, admitted assault by beating in Bicester on March 28. Jailed for 93 days, given a one-year restraining order and told to pay £350 compensation.
