OXFORD: An exhibition on controversial plans to build student flats on the St Clement’s car park takes place today.
The scheme for 140 student rooms would see the number of parking spaces cut from 120 to 80.
The plans are on show at the Town Hall, in St Aldate’s, from 9.30am until noon.
