A mum-of-two fled a pervert in a play park in Manston Close, Bicester.
The woman was with her two young children, who were playing on the swings at the park in Glory Farm on Tuesday, when the man man appeared to be touching himself inappropriately.
He is described as between 18 and 25, white, over 6ft tall, with a skinny build and light blond hair.
