A watchdog has found a home for people with learning disabilities was accepable after an abuse scandal at a Bristol home.
The Care Quality Commission’s unannounced inspection found residents at NHS-run Slade House in Headington were safe and getting appropriate care.
The December visit followed revelations of BBC’s Panorama last May.
