The inquest into the death of a 68-year-old man who died after a collision in Langford Lane, Kidlington, has not yet been opened.
The passenger in a silver Subaru Impreza died at the John Radcliffe Hospital on Saturday after the crash on March 26.
The car he was travelling in was in collision with a Smart car at the junction of Woodstock Road and Langford Lane.
