OXON: General director of Garsington Opera Anthony Whitworth-Jones will retire at the end of October after seven years.
The company is now seeking a world-class artistic director to join the team at its new home on the Wormsley Estate in the Chiltern Hills.
Chairman Iain Mackinnon will also retire in September.
