ROBBIE Cundy bounced back from putting through his own net to score twice as Vale of White Horse beat Hereford & District 4-1 in the ESFA Under 15 Trophy fourth round at Abingdon Town.
Jordan Davies cut in from the left and pulled the ball back for Anthony Martin to fire Vale into a fifth-minute lead.
But Hereford equalised soon afterwards when Cundy turned the ball into his own goal following a free-kick.
Jordan Davies restored Vale’s lead, driving the ball home from 15 yards before the break.
And Cundy twice headed home Ross Tanner free-kicks in the second half to clinch Vale’s place in the last 16.
Oxfordshire exited the ESFA Under 14 Inter County Trophy at the second-round stage after a 3-0 defeat to Essex at London Playing Fields.
