POLICE seized about 65 cannabis plants from outbuildings on the edge of Cassington earlier today.
The plants were discovered in two outbuildings in the Eynsham Road home, 45 “mature” plants in one and 20 younger plants in the other.
Chief Inspector Colin Paine, area commander for West Oxfordshire, said: “It is a fairly large-scale operation and it is one of the biggest we have had this year.”
The raid happened at about 10am and involved 14 police officers.
No one was home at the time.
