Didcot Town set up a visit to Ryman League Division 1 side Worthing after a 4-0 victory against Matrlow in Tuesday night’s FA Carlsberg Trophy first-qualifying round replay at Loop Meadow Stadium.

Tom Mudge, son of boss Dave, opened the scoring, with Victor Asambong doubling their lead. Danny Seaward scored No 3.

Asambong thought he had got a second when his shot went through a hole in the net before hitting the stanchion, but it was disallowed.

After the break, Sam Elkins wrapped it up with No 4.

A below-strength Oxford City side lost 1-0 at Weymouth in Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division.

City went behind early on when Steven Reed’s 20-yard free-kick, which was controversially awarded, flew over the wall and into the net.

After the break, Felipe Barcelos and Declan Benjamin were denied by keeper Nick Jordan in quick succession as City searched for an equaliser.

Late on, City’s Jason Mooney made a terrific save from Warren Byerley.

City battled away, but Weymouth held on.
