SO the health and safety brigade is at it again.
This time the issue is milk crates.
The mind boggles as to what danger they pose.
Risk must be managed but cannot be completely eliminated.
An element of risk is a healthy and helps children – and their parents – learn about the real world.
Dare we say it, dairy bosses should show the milk of human kindness by returning the crates.
