I, TOO, was saddened to see people celebrating the death of Osama bin Laden, and I commend Esther Hyman – sister of Miriam Hyman, who was killed in the London bombings in 2005 – for speaking out on this.
As your reporter pointed out in the article last Wednesday, the verdict of the 7/7 inquest was not due until Friday.
Readers now know more about the extent of Osama bin Laden’s involvement. However, that verdict was pre-empted by some national newspapers, which have behaved quite hysterically on this issue.
It’s nice to know that one newspaper is bringing a little common sense to this Humpty Dumpty world.
