A 50-YEAR-OLD man is facing court today accused of breaching his antisocial behaviour order.
Leslie Belcher was given an Asbo in October that banned him drinking or possessing alcohol in public within Oxford's ring road, congregating with people in his street - Magdalen Road, East Oxford - or front garden and from using threatening behaviour.
He was arrested yesterday in Magdalen Road and charged with breaching his Asbo.
He is appearing before Oxford magistrates today.
