  • Winston Fine, 45, of Territorial Way, Oxford, admitted shoplifting food, of an unknown value, from Budgens in Didcot on September 4 and food, of an unknown value, from BP in Benson on July 15. Also admitted driving while disqualified in Woodstock Road, Oxford, on December 16. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and six penalty points.
  • Ian Wylie, 33, of Old Road, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on October 15. Fined £30, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Gheorghe Repciuc, of Bacon Lane, Edgware, Middlesex, admitted driving without insurance, driving without a licence, obstructing or resisting a policeman, possessing a false or improperly obtained identity document and drink-driving on the A329 at Great Milton on November 16, 2009. Had 76 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Also admitted failing to surrender to court bail on January 12, 2010. Given a 97-day prison sentence, suspended for a year. Also banned from driving for 22 months and told to pay £85 costs and do 80 hours’ unpaid work.
  • Melvyn Jutson, 72, of High Street, Finstock, admitted making a false statement to obtain social security benefit in Chipping Norton on June 7, 2004. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £100 costs.
  • Christopher Alford, 26, of High Street, Abingdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely St Omer Road, Oxford, on December 5. Given a nine-month conditional discharge and told to pay £20 costs.
  • Aaron Drew, 21, of Orpwood Way, Abingdon, admitted drink driving in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on December 4. Had 84 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £145, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
  • Lawrence East, 60, of Mayfield Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of the sex offenders’ register by giving an incorrect address between November 21 and December 17. Jailed for 26 weeks due to “extensive record of similar offences”.
  • Calvin Holmes, 26, of Carter Close, Oxford, admitted being a person representing a risk of disorder failing to comply with a police constable in Upper Fisher Row, Oxford, on December 4. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £20 costs.
  • Andrew Jones, 21, of Chinnor Road, Thame, admitted drink driving in Thame Park Road, Thame, on December 5. Had 75 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £85, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs, with 18 month ban.
  • Paul Law, 25, of Merton Close, Eynsham, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on December 2. Fined £70, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs.
  • Mark Telfer, 39, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted burglary of two crates of beer valued at £23.48 from Mid-Counties Co-op in Oxford on September 8. Given a 12-week jail term, suspended for a year, and told to pay £11.74 compensation and £30 costs. Also given a year’s supervision and drug-rehabilitation requirement.
  • Michael McDonagh, 31, of Fettiplace Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in The Plain, Oxford, on September 30. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £30 costs.
  • James Butterworth, 31, of Haddon, Milton Keynes, admitted shoplifting spirits to the value of £70 from Marks & Spencer in Oxford on August 3. Given an 18-month conditional discharge.
  • Graham Collier, 48, of Hillary Way, Wheatley, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Priors Forge, Cutteslowe, on December 6. Fined £35 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  • Chace Mullins, 21, of Cardigan Street, Oxford, admitted possessing a joint of cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on November 27. Fined £50 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  • Liam Strachan, 20, of Fernhill Close, Tiddington, admitted shoplifting one can of beer valued at £1.08 from Co-op in Oxford on December 7. Fined £50, a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £4.19 compensation.
  • Samuel Rea, 32, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a £8.99 Lynx gift set from Superdrug in Oxford on November 26. Six-month conditional discharge and £10 costs.
  • Rafal Stopikowski, 29, of Old Icknield Way, Benson, admitted theft of computer parts and clothing from Hanson Waste Management in Benson on August 20. Six-month conditional discharge with £50 costs.
  • Luiz De Souza, 34, of Gainsborough Road, Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in Nettlebed on November 30. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £80 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
