Mark Creighton has left Oxford United to join Wrexham on a permanent contract.
The centre half, known as The Beast, has signed an 18-month deal with Dean Saunders' team.
He returned to Oxford at the end of a successful loan spell at the Racecourse Ground, and on Friday United cancelled his contract, allowing him to join the Welsh club on new terms.
Creighton's opportunities at Oxford have been limited this season following the arrival of Harry Worley.
