A Cowley Road curry house was last night named one of the best in the country.
Aziz was named the best curry restaurant in the south east at the British Curry Awards in London, beating competitors in Twyford, Milton Keynes, Cookham and Beaconsfield.
Almost 3,500 restaurants were nominated for awards, but just 11 picked up prizes at the celebrity-packed ‘Curry Oscars’ in Grovesnor House Hotel.
