  • Theresa Bottley, 38, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted shoplifting two legs of lamb valued at £41.40 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on October 3. Given a 12-month conditional discharge.
  • Chloe Brown, 27, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted possession of crack cocaine (Class A) in Oxford on October 13. Given a six-month conditional discharge.
  • Ann McDonagh, 46, of Samphire Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on July 9 and commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given six months’ supervision, excluded from the John Allen Centre for six months and told to pay £20 compensation.
  • Gary Cregan, 52, of Westhill Avenue, Brackley, Northants, convicted on six counts of possessing a knife blade or sharp pointed article in public and two of having an unloaded air weapon in public, in Cripley Road, Oxford, on July 11. Given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months.
  • Dean James, 29, of Lammas Close, Abingdon, admitted failure to surrender to court bail at Didcot on October 6. Fined £70 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  • Christopher Beckham, 25, of Buttsbury Road, Ilford, Essex, admitted possession of cocaine (Class A) in Oxford on August 21. Fined £100, £15 victims’ surcharge and £80 costs.
  • Alexander Kinnaird, 32, of Ewart Close, Bicester, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on September 5. Told to pay £100 compensation and £40 costs.
  • Antony Cheswick, 33, of Thames View, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating in Abingdon on February 15 and failure to surrender to court bail in Didcot on April 7. Given a six-month drug-rehabilitation order and 12 months’ supervision. Also told to pay £125 compensation and £125 costs.
  • Timon Kone, 32, of Park End Street, Oxford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on July 23 and failure to surrender to court bail at Oxford on August 3. Fined £120, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.
  • Michael Nulty, 52, of no fixed address, admitted shoplifting a razor valued at £8 from Boots in Oxford on October 3. Fined £60 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  • David Wright, 33, of Paddock Heights, Twyford, near Reading, admitted going equipped for theft and shoplifting three PlayStation games valued at £100 in Henley on June 19. Given a 10-week curfew and told to pay £250 costs.
  • Craig Muirhead, 36, of Barton Village Road, Oxford, admitted five counts of theft from a motor vehicle of a Toshiba laptop valued at £430 on September 23, and a CD holder and CDs valued at £150, an iPod and charger valued at £200, a TomTom sat nav valued at £100 and a sat nav and sports bag valued at £150 on October 13. Three other offences taken into consideration. Jailed for nine months due to similar previous convictions and the fact offences were committed while on bail.
  • Steven Sinclair, 20, of Normandy Crescent, Oxford, admitted possession of an offensive weapon, namely an Autolock baton, in Marston Road, Oxford, on June 25. Also admitted failure to surrender to court bail at Oxford on July 7. Given 180 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £50 costs.
  • Andrew Glasgow, 21, of Horspath Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a knife blade or sharp pointed article in public. Namely a lock knife in Oxford on June 12. Given 75 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £150 costs.
  • Ebrima Jabbi, 30, of Cowley Road, Oxford, convicted of assault by beating in Oxford on June 18. Given a two-year supervision order and told to participate in a domestic violence programme for 35 days and pay £200 costs.
  • Andrew Wood, 31, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Oxford on July 10. Given 150 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £65 costs.
  • Bassan Karrar, 31, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on June 13. Fined £250, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Matthew Loveridge, 36, of Cowley Road, Littlemore, admitted criminal damage to a TV, window, stereo and light fitting in Oxford on October 4. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £500 compensation.
  • Leon Nicholls, 22, of Masons Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence, driving without insurance, failing to stop after and failing to report a road accident in Coverley Road, Oxford, on May 20. Fined £225, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs.
  • Musa Ongoren, 19, of Empress Court, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Oxford on September 21. Fined £75, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £25 costs.
  • Stephen Cooney, 41, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting two jumpers, valued at £32, from Next in Oxford on September 24. Fined £50, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
