VILLAGERS in the north of the county are right to band together to test the case for a new high-speed rail service.
Their areas could be changed considerably.
By banding together they will have a stronger voice and should be consulted and listened to by the Government.
If elements of the scheme can be adjusted to minimise the impact on communities, then the Government must do all it can.
