THE next time you are gearing up to have a go at your partner, think of long-suffering wife Beverley Dix.
If you are getting annoyed because those shelves are still in the box or the tap is still dripping, remember: it could be worse.
Graham Dix has just polished off a revamp of his beloved MG convertible. It’s just taken him almost 30 years, that’s all.
Now, it is probably true, to say patience is a virtue and all good things come to those who wait, but – three decades?
Mind you, Graham deserves some praise for his perseverance.
But, maybe next time, a more managable project?
