One of Oxford's Bodleian Library's copies of the historic Magna Carta manuscript has been stranded in New York due to disruptions from the volcanic ash.
The 1217 Magna Carta was sent to New York last week to mark the North America Reunion of Oxford University alumni.
Due to the delay from cancelled flights, it will now go on public display at the Morgan Library in New York from today until Sunday, May 30.
