Beer Festival organisers are hoping the taps don't run dry in Charlbury.

They are bringing extra ale - a total of 1,500 pints - to keep the customers going at this year's event, in the town's Memorial Hall on July 15.

Last year, more than 1,200 pints were drunk during the day of the Festival and the beer ran out with an hour of drinking time to spare.

Now, organiser Dave Sangwine says: "Will ale lovers rise to the challenge?"

Among the tipples are brews like Totally Marbled, Bunces Pigswill and Norfolk Nogg. Soft drinks and food are also on offer.

The Festival, starting at 2pm, is to help Charlbury School Association and has raised almost 4,000 at two previous events.
