New registration plate day -- March 1 -- sees the Oxford-built Mini introducing two new body colours and nine extra styles of alloy wheels, available on the basic Mini One and the better-equipped Mini Cooper.
Other extras available will include satellite navigation, chequered flag or Union Jack roof decals, an aerodynamic body kit -- and a beeping parking distance aid to avoid bumps and grazes.
