Torrential rain failed to dampen interest when hospital recruitment workers visited Banbury to enlist new staff.
Managers from the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust used a double-decker bus to publicise the range of job opportunities available within the NHS.

More than 70 people got on board during the first two days of the countywide recruitment campaign in Banbury.
Yvonne Blencowe, senior human resources assistant at The Horton, said: "We were really pleased with the outcome and the number of people that came through the door. It didn't stop raining all day, but it didn't put people off."
Thirty-seven people registered with the ORH job shop, so staff could match them up with suitable vacancies when they became available. Others were interested in existing jobs on offer or in taking up nursing degree courses.
