A man has been charged with causing grievous bodily harn with intent over an alleged assault in Marcham, near Abingdon.
Paul Rogers, aged 23, of North Street, Marcham, was remanded in custody to appear before Oxford magistrates on April 15.
The charge follows an incident in Howard Cornish Road, Marcham, near Abingdon, on Friday.
A 60-year-old man was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, with serious facial injuries.
