Baby joy for Camerons

SAMANTHA Cameron is expecting a baby in September, it was announced today.

Mrs Cameron and her husband, Conservative Party leader and Witney MP David Cameron, were said to be "completely thrilled" by her pregnancy.

Mr Cameron has recently indicated in interviews, including a recent TV quiz by Alan Titchmarsh, that he would be happy to add another child to his family.

A Conservative Party spokesman said: "The baby is due in September and David and Samantha are completely thrilled."

Leave your congratulations here and the Oxford Mail will pass them on to the Camerons.

Who cares???

Why is it more important that these two are expecting a new member to their family than my neighbours Steve and Amanda? They did'nt rush to press when they found they were expecting their first after 8 years of trying!

Could it be election time soon and this along with Mrs Cameron going into detail about Mr Cameron habits all help towards painting a lovey dovey family image for all us half wit voters to go ga ga over!!!

Please give me a break!

Because if they don't announce it, we then have to go through all the press speculation of "is she or isn't she?" and "why haven't they announced it?", which would take many more articles.
This way the news is over and done with in one swoop!
