POLICE raided a cannabis factory in Blackbird Leys this morning.

Officers entered a property in Sandy Lane at 8.15am, and found 20 cannabis plants, lighting equipment and fertiliser.

One man has been arrested on suspicion of the cultivation of cannabis.
