A cyclist has been taken to hospital following a collision with a car near Kidlington this morning.
Police and paramedics were called after a crash between with a bicycle and a silver Volkswagen at about 7.50am on the A4260 Banbury Road, just north of Kidlington.
The road was closed for about 15 minutes and the cyclist was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
It is believed the man went across the bonnet of the car and landed on his head, but was wearing a helmet and the injuries are not serious.
