A woman was treated at hospital for puncture wounds after she and her dog were attacked by a Staffordshire bull terrier.
The 29-year-old woman was walking her Jack Russell in Swinburne Road, East Oxford, on Friday, when the bull terrier ran out of a property and attacked them.
She was bitten on her waist and wrist as she tried to protect her dog.
